Walnut Crescents
(Makes 4 dozen)
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar (powdered)
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Cream the butter, vanilla, salt, and sugar together.
Gradually add the flour and mix well.
Stir in the nuts until well combined.
Refrigerate the dough.
Shape into crescents.
Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
