Swedish Almond Crescent Cookies
Delicate and nutty, these cookies melt in your mouth.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely ground almonds
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.
Gradually mix in flour and ground almonds to form a dough.
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions and shape into crescents. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
