Rum Balls
(Makes 6 dozen)
Ingredients
6 tsp. rum
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar (Confectioner's sugar)
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, and butter together until it resembles pie crust.
Stir in nuts, vanilla, and rum.
Roll into balls (1-1½ tsp. size).
Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm, then roll in sugar again.
